Take Care of Yourself | Stress Reduction Group
Life is stressful. Whether it is work, family, or life transitions. If you need a place to reset, this group is here to support you. This support group will use the powerful insights found in “The Garden Within” by Dr. Anita Phillips to help understand stress management, our nervous system and how it all incorporates with our faith walk. Breathe a little easier in this 15 week mental health support group facilitated by a licensed counselor.

GROUP INFORMATION:
This group is a Christian and faith-based group for women, 25 years old or older. Workbook is included.
Date/Time: Thursday 6:00 – 7:30PM (EST) – Every other week meeting
